OUTSIDE FITNESS offers total body fitness for those new to training, right through to elite level trainers.

Our friendly, fun and knowledgeable instructors will help you to achieve your goals and reach your potential, be it for general fitness and weight loss, to sports specific training.

We also offer personal training for those wanting to train on a one-to-one basis, tailoring a unique fitness plan specifically for you.
