TRAINING

Training in our group classes will be varied but structured to ensure that, over the course of a week, all muscle groups will be trained.

Classes will alternate between different body parts, eg lower body work, upper body work, thus preventing injury.   All classes will contain cardiovascular work.   Exercises will be varied so expect the unexpected!

We work you to your own fitness level,so dont worry if you are new to fitness.


We also offer sports specific training and running.



All of our runners have acheived personal best times.:

We cater for run distances such as ... 5k.10k,half marathon,full marathon,or if you just want to get to a level of running that suits you for maintaining your fitness.

We also provide you with sprinting,hill work,fartlek intervals and heart rate training etc.



Running training has commenced.This will take place at any of our classes.Please inform the instructor at the beggining of the class that you want to run.
