If group fitness sessions are not for you, OUTSIDE FITNESS also offers one-to-one personal training.   These sessions are specifically designed for you.

Why not share the cost of personal training by training with a friend?   A maximum of three persons can take part in these sessions, saving you money, but still maintaining that personal touch.

Booking personal training sessions in blocks of five or ten will entitle you to great discounts and also entitles you to a free class in the group sessions.

Discounted personal training is also offered to partners and family of OUTSIDE FITNESS members.
