HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE TO TRAIN?

OUTSIDE FITNESS trains complete beginners to fitness through to elite level trainers.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS I AM AT?

Our staff will assess you during your session to see what level of fitness you are at.  There are also regular fitness tests for the class.

WHAT LEVELS ARE THERE?

Here at OUTSIDE FITNESS we use the traffic light bib system.   These are as follows:

RED BIB ... For beginners to fitness.   A gradual introduction to fitness concentrating on exercise form and slowly increasing your fitness level

AMBER BIB ... For intermediate trainers who will receive a tough class taking your fitness to the next level quickly.

GREEN BIB ... For advanced trainers.   Only the strong survive.

And, as an added extra, here at OUTSIDE FITNESS we have the proud honour of introducing to you the .............

BLACK BIB ... ARE YOU TOUGH ENOUGH?!!   An extreme fitness class, not for the faint hearted.   Try it at your peril.   This bib will only be given if staff think you are fit enough for this class.

WILL I BE USING ANY EQUIPMENT?

OUTSIDE FITNESS use a variety of equipment ranging from medicine balls, weights, kettlebells and other devices for your fun and pleasure.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

OUTSIDE FITNESS classes take place in all weathers.   It would be advisable to keep a change of clothes in your car for after the class or invest in a car seat cover for your comfort.
